Oman (All Regions):

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS ABOVE AED 1,500.00

FOR ORDERS  BELOW AED 1,500.00 shipping cost AED 120.00

We are offering a special free self pick up anywhere in the UAE service for our Oman customers. Indicate any location in the UAE and we will deliver for you your order in the indicated location free of charge.

Applicable TAX/VAT and DUTY not included - to be paid by Customer.​​

Saudi Arabia / Bahrein / Qatar (All Regions): 

SHIPPING COST 10% ON ORDER VALUE FOR ALL ORDERS 

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AED 1,500.00

PAYMENT METHODS

We only accept payment via Credit or Debit card from following issuers:

If you are experiencing problems issuing payment then please first try to use an alternative method of payment, if you are still having problems then please contact our customer service +971 4 223 4081 or contact us thru our support center who can assist as there may be a technical problem with our website resulting in your payment being declined.

We use Stripe to facilitate our payments on our website. It is designed so that if we do not receive payment for your order then your order will not be generated. Please check your email to see if you have received your email confirmation of your order, if you have received no email confirmation then your order has not been processed and no payment has been taken from your card.

We are unable to process payment over the telephone, we can accept payment via Bank Transfer, however we need to have cleared funds before any orders can be dispatched, and orders via Bank Transfers can be made only thru our customer service +971 4 223 4081 or thru our support center.

All Payments are collected thru RENAMI GROUP B.V. | Amsterdam | Netherlands in the local currency indicated on our Web-site.
