ceilingfan.ae is happy to exchange any item that is not suitable or shows any technical or visible problem, below is a guide of ‘how to’. If you are still having difficulties or the answer to your question is not below then please contact us thru our support center to discuss this further.
Changed your mind or would like to exchange your Fan ?
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if it is not suitable, or you have changed your mind or simply would like to swap for a different product then you may do so as long as this is within 24 hours of the goods received date, the item has not been used or installed and it is in its original packaging and can be re-sold (as new).
Please first contact us first thru our support center section of the website. Please have your order number handy so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
Our customer service will establish the reason for your return and then talk you through the returns process, as outlined below:
When returning an item you must ensure that the item has been securely packaged so that no damaged occurs in transit.
Please make sure that you include a copy of your original invoice so that an exchange can be issued as soon as possible.
If required, ceilingfan.ae can arrange for the item to be returned via our courrier service and forward you the pick up details. The item can be returned , the cost of this (5% of the order value) will be deducted from the refund given.
Once ceilingfan.ae has received the goods we will refund the item payment within 24 hours subject to the above conditions. ANY CASH REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.
I have ordered the wrong item or I have changed my mind!
ceilingfan.ae understand that sometimes people change their minds or have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day so please call us as soon you can on +971 58 57 58 003 or contact us thru our support center.
If the order has already been sent out then there is nothing we can do, once you have received your order please see "Changed your mind or would like to exchange your Fan ?" and follow the procedure.
If your order has not yet been sent out then we can cancel the order and you can select a different item for the same or superior value.
For Exchange not cost will apply - For order cancellations with refund request a 3% service charge will apply.
My Fan Is damaged or I have received the wrong item ?
When goods are dispatched they are checked to ensure that they are in working order but in the event of any damage/fault or you have any problem with your product then please call our customer service +971 58 57 58 003 or contact us thru our support center. and we will do our utmost to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Obviously not any additional cost will occur for exchange and or substitution. CLAIMS ON DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER DELIVERY
Conditions of return
When returning an item please ensure that it is in its original packaging, had not been used or installed and is in a saleable condition. Any product which we received damaged will receive a partial refund, unless this has been damaged in transit. We always suggest to make a picture of the returned item before send back to us.
